Eduardo Heinrichs
Eduardo has particular expertise working with not-for-profit Boards, Ministries, school administrations, international non-profits, business owners, and faith-based organizations.
In the past 30 years, he has helped the Board clarify its Governance structures and processes, develop straightforward Strategic Plans, and improve measurement and monitoring processes. He is passionate about effective leadership through vision, strategic alignment, good governance, and empowered people.
He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and the University of Winnipeg.
Eduardo and his wife, Cheryl, have two children, a daughter-in-law, and a granddaughter. They enjoy exploring the world and kayaking on the Severn River at home. He has a gift for design, landscaping, and restoration that finds expression at home.
