Eduardo Heinrichs
Eduardo has particular expertise working with not-for-profit Boards, Ministries, school administrations, international non-profits, business owners, and faith-based organizations.
In the past 30 years, he has helped the Board clarify their Governance structures and processes, develop straightforward Strategic Plans, and improve measuring and monitoring processes . He is passionate about effective leadership through vision, strategic alignment, good governance, and empowered people.
He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and Winnipeg.
Eduardo and Cheryl, his wife, have two children and a daughter-in-law. They enjoy exploring the world and kayaking at home on the Severn River. He has a gift for design, landscaping, and restoration that finds expression at home.
